For more than 30 years, the Café Restaurant Gulaschmuseum in Vienna was run by the Sailer family. After a thorough renovation in 2015, Christoph Sailer has entered the gastronomy as junior partner and leads the values and traditions of Viennese tavern culture in its fourth generation.
But the Austrian cuisine has much more to offer. As a traditional Viennese restaurant in the heart of the city, we offer our guests also Austrian classics and specialties.
